Q: Will my items be shipped?
A: No, all Bloombox orders are hand-delivered by a member of our staff, in our vehicles, in an open-top box. Live plants are never boxed.

Q: How long will it take for my plants to arrive?
A: Your order will be at your doorstep within 3 days of you placing your order. We do not deliver on Sundays, so please allow an extra day for delivery during our peak times if you place your order on Thursday or Friday. (For example: If you place your order on a Wednesday, you will receive it no later than Saturday evening.)

Q: Where are your plants grown?
A: Our plants are grown specifically for BloomBox, by our local growing partners. We do not source live products from outside of our region, with the exception of indoor plants.

Q: What size are your plants?
A: It depends on what type of plant you are buying. All sizes are stated in each plant page. Most annuals are delivered in 4.5” pots, and most perennials are delivered in quart-sized containers or gallons. All plants are 100% fully grown, in soil, and are not bare root. They are delivered to you exactly as you would find them at your local garden center.

Q: Can I pick my plants up?
A: No, we do not offer order pick-ups at this time.

Q: Where are you located?
A: We have a sorting facility and outdoor growing space in Lancaster PA. We do not have a retail location at this time.

A: Yes, when you use our live chat feature, you are speaking directly to a member of our management team.
