BloomBox guarantees the quality and growth success of any live plant or shrub until the end of the calendar year (December 31st.) Plant guarantees are offered on items with selling prices over $10. We do reserve the right to refuse a guarantee in some instances.


BloomBox does not currently offer returns, however we do occasionally offer refunds if customers feel that the quality of their plants were not as advertised. These refunds are honored on a case-by-case basis and are not always guaranteed. Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order. 3-day delivery guarantee

BloomBox offers the delivery of your order within 3 days. However, we do not typically deliver on Sundays or on holidays. Orders placed on Thursdays or Fridays may be delayed 1 extra day. To receive your order for weekend planting, its best to place your order no later than Wednesday night of the week prior.

Missing items

On rare occasions, we do miss an item when packing orders. Because all orders are hand-delivered by our staff, we are unable to replace a missing item from your order. Our policy is to refund you for the missing item.
